SRN's self-developed "Constant-Pressure Adaptive Grinding Disc" technology has recently been granted an invention patent certificate (Patent No.: ZL2025XXXXXXX.X) by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. This technology embeds micro pressure sensors and adaptive adjustment modules within the disc backing, enabling real-time pressure monitoring and automatic compensation during the grinding process. It effectively solves the problem of surface unevenness caused by inconsistent manual pressure.
This innovation is particularly suitable for automated grinding of large curved workpieces (such as yacht hulls and wind turbine blades), significantly improving the consistency and yield of surface treatment. The first intelligent grinding disc featuring this technology has entered small-batch trial production and is expected to be fully launched in the second quarter of next year.
