Utilizing a unique pyramid-shaped diamond micropowder arrangement technology, this polishing film achieves a nano-level mirror finish while reducing the polishing cycle by 25% and significantly decreasing polishing fluid consumption.
The successful application of this project demonstrates that SRN's products have successfully transitioned from traditional metal and wood processing into the high-tech precision manufacturing supply chain of consumer electronics. The company plans to establish an "Electronic Materials Division" this year to specifically serve high-end manufacturing sectors such as 3C products and semiconductors.
